Alpine processes the personal data provided by the Data Owner to carry out the necessary work by the relevant business units for the benefit of the relevant persons from the products and services offered by Alpine, including the membership registration and account creation and the maintenance of related records, enabling the Data Owner to benefit from the services provided through the Internet Site, identifying system errors and performing performance monitoring and improving the functioning of the site, providing maintenance and support services and backup services, customizing the products and services offered by Alpine according to the preferences, usage habits and needs of the relevant persons, and recommending and promoting these to the relevant persons, carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units for the execution of commercial activities carried out by Alpine and related business processes, ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-business security of Alpine and the persons with whom it has business relations, and planning and executing the commercial and/or business strategies of Alpine.
Based on the explicit consent of the Data Owner, Alpine may process data for the purpose of tracking the movements of the Data Owners on the site, improving the user experience, creating statistics, profiling, direct marketing and re-marketing, creating special promotion suggestions for the Data Owner, and transmitting these to the Data Owner, and using the data obtained in this context in all kinds of advertisements and material content, and may share these data with the parties mentioned below.
Alpine may transfer the personal data of the Data Owner and the new data obtained by using these personal data to third parties from whom Alpine uses services to achieve the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, limited to the purpose of providing the relevant services. Alpine will finalize such requests within 30 (thirty) days. Although it is essential not to charge any fees regarding the requests, Alpine reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (if any).
Alpine aims to provide detailed explanations about the scope and purposes of the use of Cookies and to inform its users about their Cookie preferences with the Privacy Policy (“Policy”). In this respect, it is accepted that consent is given to the use of Cookies if the Cookie information warning on the site is closed and the site continues to be used.
